Please fix the tag on Image:000003.jpg. - UtherSRG (talk) 11:55, 2 April 2007 (UTC) Actually, looking at where the image is used, this is not fair use. Here are the fair use guidelines for such an image:

Copyrighted

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots

qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.

To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.

I think some of your edits are constructive, some are unnecessary. Galleries are unneeded, that's what the {{commons}} tag is for. You also place new sections in the wrong place, study other articles so that you can become familiar with article structure. On a second note, and this is personal opinion, most Americans don't like the terms darling, sweet, or kisses from people they don't know. It is inappropriate at the least, and offensive to many. (edited for page flow) You are not being persecuted, please stop being so melodramatic. No one here has stated you are a bad wikipedian, we just want you to follow guidelines, policy, and general agreements of each articles talk page. If you want to do some major change to an article ask on the talkpage, if no one disagrees then do it, but if consensus is "no" then leave it alone. There are ways of doing things. Galleries are not "esthetically" needed, like I said, that is what the commons tag is for, it takes the user to a whole page of images. That way the article is not cluttered up with pictures. Hi, sorry for the new messages you got a few minutes ago. I removed the category from the template on this page. This way your user talk won't show up in category screenshot images.

Regarding your images, you uploaded many images, Image:Tn Camac u0.gif for example, without a source. Without a source we can't verify if the image really is in the public domain like you stated. Could you add sources? Otherwise the images will eventually be deleted. Garion96 (talk) 13:07, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but those drawings are copyrighted. See [[1]] Also Image:Workimagethumb21.png which now mentions a free license and a fair use license. You can't have both. The image comes obviously from [2]. It wouldn't fall under fair use in wikipedia since it would fail fair use criteria #1. Garion96 (talk) 14:23, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
According to the copyright notice on fishbase copyright belongs to the original contributors, it would be impossible to contact them all. The rest of the site is non-commercial which wikipedia unfortunately doesn't accept. The only way unfortunately is to delete them, sorry. :( I will start deleting later. That images that my friend Garrion destroyed were illegale...of course... but I did not know that Fishbase has not legaly images... Plese do not hurt me... I am not persecuting you. You require baby-sitting. All of your edits need to be reviewed, constantly. No one on Wikipedia should have to babysit another editor. In your zeal of posting images, you do not take the time to understand and find images that are usable, nor do you look for images that are helpful. You have been mostly unhelpful in the edits you have made. Take this time to read all of the policies and procedures and understand them. You are not without guilt. If I were to edit on the it.wiki, with any intention of being understood by Italian speakers, I would indeed be guilty. My only edits on it.wiki were to add interwiki tags to articles - something that does not required even the minimal comprehension of the language.
