The flag of the exclave of Kaliningrad Oblast consists of a red upper stripe (symbolizing the Red Army), a small yellow field in the middle (symbolizing the wealth of amber) and a blue stripe at the bottom, symbolizing peace and its proximity of the ocean. The coat of arms is located in the upper right corner.

The flag was introduced in July 2006.
