FlagPlus Football is a men's flag football league from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The games are played at indoor venues on artificial surface. Currently the league is played at both the Catalogna Soccerplexe in Lachine, Qc and Complexe sportif Val-des-Arbres in Laval, Qc.

FlagPlus has two separate seasons, the Winter League starting in January and ending in mid-April, and the Spring League which begins in May and ends in July.

FlagPlus Football was launched in January 2005 with a one-division format that included 18 teams. In its second season, January 2006, FlagPlus added a second division and had a total of 46 teams registered. In May 2006, FlagPlus Football launched its first ever Spring League, which consisted of two divisions with a total of 18 teams.

The teams are divided into three separate divisions. Division 1 is the elite league, many of the players in this division also play competitive tackle football in University, CEGEP and Junior levels. Division 2 caters to both highly competitive teams who are a step below the talent level of D1 teams as well as highly talented teams who prefer playing at a more participatory level. Division 3 is a newly added division, designed for teams who are playing strictly for participatory reasons as well as teams who have struggled in Division 2 in prior seasons.

The games are played on mini-fields ranging from 40 to 50 yards long and 25 to 30 yards wide. Each game is 48 minutes long divided into two separate halves of 24 minutes. The format is six-on-six. FlagPlus Football's rulebook consists of both general flag football rules in addition to several exclusive rules.

On its website (www.flagplusfootball.com) players are able to view schedules, results, standings and rules. In addition, players can view their personal statistics in the stats section.
