FK Rad

FK Rad (Serbian Cyrillic: ФК Рад) is a football club from Belgrade, Serbia. It plays at Stadion Kralj Petar I, which is located in the southern part of the city called Banjica.
The club has had a number of well-known players such as Vladimir Jugović, Ljubinko Drulović, Zoran Mirković, Miroslav Đukić, and Goran Bunjevčević.
Club's name translated to English means "work", and was given to the club because it was formed by the building company of the same name.

The club was founded in 1958, when it entered competition in the lowest rank, but eventually fought its way into the Yugoslav First League in the 1980s, and stayed there until the 2002-03 season when it dropped out to Second League, where it has stayed until 2004/5 season when it was promoted into the First League of Serbia (now called Super Liga) again.
The club's greatest success was taking part in the UEFA Cup in the 1988-89 season, where it was eliminated in the first round by Olympiacos on the away goals rule (lost 2-0 in Athens, won 2-1 on home ground).
Name changes through history:
- 1958 : club founded under the name of FK Rad Belgrade
- 1990 : renamed to FK GRO Rad Belgrade
- 1993 : renamed again to FK Rad Belgrade
