Five Alive is a line of fruit juice blends created by Minute Maid. The name refers to the five fruit juices each variety contains. Five Alive's slogan is currently "Feel Alive!"

Once widely available in the U.S., it is now very difficult to find. Five Alive is, however, still widely distributed in Canada and in the UK, as a bottled or canned drink, also in 250ml cartons suitable for vending machines or as a frozen concentrate.
Five Alive is also know in English Canada by the slang term "Deli Sank", an anglization of the French product name, "Deli Cinq".

Five Alive is not a significant source of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, fibre, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, or iron. Five Alive contains 120 calories and 30 grams of sugar per 250 mL. Five Alive is 41% fruit juice and lists high fructose corn syrup as its main ingredient.[1], making it almost as sweet as soda.
