[edit] Fish-N-Chumps
At 5 A.M., Heffer and Filburt cast a fishing line to catch a sleeping Rocko to drive them to the lake for fishing. Filburt also starts bragging about his glow-in-the-dark watch. At the lake, they rent a boat from a sailor named Crappie Jack who has a habit of telling pirate stories endlessly. Rocko tries to put a live worm on his hook but the worm goes crazy after it is impaled. Then he tries cheese but this just attracts a huge squid asking for the bait. Finally, he tries hot dogs. He casts it out but the bait of another line lands in the boat behind Rocko. The three take a lunch break, but when they realize that none of them made their own sandwiches, Rocko's and Filburt's, hooked on a fishing line, whiz back into the water. Heffer's sandwich is still in his mouth he is almost pulled out of the boat. Rocko begins to worry that they are in danger and decides to head back to shore. When he sees that the life-preserver he's wearing is caught on a line, he frantically tries to get it off but can't. He is then almost pulled out of the boat himself. The jacket is caught by a fish and a lobster in their own boat fishing for land creatures. Rocko and Filburt throw everything they can off the boat. Heffer pulls out the boat engine and throws it in the water, stranding them. Filburt keeps pestering Heffer about his watch which causes Heff to smack it off his wrist sinking in the water. Rocko CBs for help but it turns out to be the underwater fishermen who suggests they abandon the boat. Filburt retrieves his watch when it rises to the surface but it turns out it's hooked. As the three are nearly pulled underwater, they are saved by the squid who asks them for more cheese. They return to Rocko's house where it becomes hooked and pulled through the street by the underwater fishermen.
[edit] Camera Shy
While helping Rocko make a video for his parents, Heffer and Filburt decide to have a little fun. They borrow the camera from Rocko for the night, then set up shop outisde one of his windows. Both of them announce that every night, like clockwork, Rocko goes for a drink of milk, but he's always naked when he does. Heffer mans the camera and manages to catch Rocko walking to the kitchen naked, but he and Filbert high tail it when they think Rocko saw them. The next morning, Rocko gives the footage to the Chameleon Brothers for editing. But then the Chameleon Brothers view the tape, they instead edit together an Art-House video centering on Rocko's nakedness. When Rocko comes to their shop later to collect the final tape, he notices that they're not there, and is directed to the coffee shop they run under the store. Unfortunately, he sees the movie screening and flies into a panic, and asks Bev Bighead to buy every retail copy. Rocko manages to retrieve all but one copy. Heffer sent the last one to the Australian Film Festival. Rocko panics again and runs from his house screaming, and ends up wedged into his mailbox just as the mailman arrives to deliver a letter from his parents stating they loved the film and are proud of him. Then another letter states that the film won in the festival, along with a check. Later, as the three go to erase each and every video, they accidentally find a romantic film of Ed and Bev Bighead breaking plates with their tongues in an erotic manner.
