- The statements I added are factual. I suggest you read the citation I provided. Now concerning much of the rest of this "advertisement" for first tn bank. Start adding citations to questionable content, such as the mention of first tn's competition. More factual information to come, with citations.Scribner 01:58, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

- Irreputable source? OK, I'm a good guy I'll help through this, click here meet Joe Saino. My link is to his site, he's the author. He's about to change Memphis history by having the Memphis city charter re-written. Mr. Saino's website, the one I linked to is mentioned in the atricle.
Mr. Saino provides the Performa financial statements for 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003,and 2004--He also provides a City of Memphis internal audit, concerning the Beale Street Development Corp. And, Several other related documents. All of these documents come from the city, via the city's legal department.
He's right, you're wrong and (mean-spirited by the way) and I will not do your homework for you again. Scribner 06:27, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

- From what I can tell, the dispute is between Performa, Elkington and the City of Memphis. Other than your obvious hatred for the bank, what makes this relevant for the First Tennessee article? The bank is not even mentioned in your citation. If the bank is not relevant to the discussion, then the information is not warranted to be in this article. --Zpb52 06:38, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
- If First Tennessee Bank is "The bank of Beale street", then they're involved, but you're right they may not be happy about the involvement. Bankcorp and another bank sued BSMC for $300,000. I'll try find out today what their involvement is with Performa and Beale street. If I worked for FTB I would not boast about financial dealings with Performa concerning Beale Street. - First Tennessee doesn't want to be associated with Performa, concerning certain interests in Memphis. Not at this time, especially. First Tennessee hasn't earned a "controversy" section as yet, as has Bank of America, but it has earned a historical inaccuracies section.
