Not disputing the factual accuracy here, but this article does seem a bit like cheerleading. A google search of "fireman's fund controversy" yeilds 90K+ articles, certianly there's more to the story. Cleanup requested as this is basically a bullet point list of things the company has done rather than a written history. --Xyrrus 02:02, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

How does it looks now? I'm still working on it... for a company with 140 years of history and 4,000 employees it didn't have a very good article. --W.marsh 02:30, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
