Firdaus or فردوس (Arabic) derived from the Arabic word firdaws meaning "paradise", ultimately derived from Persian pardis, pairidaeza meaning "garden, enclosure". This name belonged to the 11th-century Persian poet and historian Firdausi. Usually refer to Masculine gender but sometimes also refer to feminine name. Its being used in Arabic, Iranian, Indonesian, Malaysian and some other Muslim country.
