The First Presbyterian Church in Vandalia, Illinois is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Presbyterian church joined the Register in March 1982 and is one of three sites on the [[Register located in Vandalia. The other two are the Vandalia Statehouse and the Italianate Little Brick House. One other site in Fayette County is listed, found in Brownstown, it is the Dycus House.
