Fired Up is the debut solo album by Alesha, former member of the girl band Mis-Teeq. The debut album was originally planned for release on November 6, 2006, following the second single, but was then postponed indefinitely. The album has spawned two singles; the top 20 hit "Lipstick" and "Knockdown".
On November 6, 2006, Dixon announced that she had left Polydor Records to explore labels that will give her better promotional statistics. Polydor Records is willing to support her regardless of the fact of her departure, and even gave Dixon full rights to her unreleased debut album, Fired Up.
