Fire 107.6 is a United Kingdom radio station in Bournemouth, Dorset. Launched June 26th 1999 as The NRG by founding Directors James Bromley and David Harber. The NRG (Nerve Radio Group) was borne out of the Bournemouth student station Nerve FM. The station changed name to "The Fire" on bonfire night November 2000 and attained its highest RAJAR reach of 22%.

The launch team, as The NRG, featured David and Emily at Breakfast, Max Hailey, Lloydie and Dan Lodge on the daily on-air schedule.

The on-air station sound was created 'in-house', by Dan Lodge and David Harber. The station voiceover was Dave Kelly.

The station, independently owned with TLRC The Local Radio Company as major shareholder was sold by its original founders in October 2001 to Radio Investments Limited. They Broadcast from the Quadrant Shopping Centre in Bournemouth.
