The music displayed, written in 1862, is in the public domain now. The software, Finale, is of course copyrighted, and so is Mac OS X. I used OS X's screen capture to get the screenshot, then cropped it and cleaned it up in Adobe Photoshop, saving it as an indexed color (Mac OS) PNG.

This is a screenshot of copyrighted computer software for Mac OS or Mac OS X, and the copyright for its contents is most likely held by the author(s) or the company that created the software. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots:

for identification of and critical commentary on the software in question
