Fintel is a municipality in the district of Rotenburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Fintel is located on the Wümme, a tributary of the Weser River, and has about 7,000 inhabitants.
Fintel is part of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Fintel, which consists of the following municipalities:

- Helvesiek
- Lauenbrück
- Stemmen
- Vahlde
