FilePipe is a multi network p2p file sharing program, based on KCeasy source code and utilizing the giFT daemon. Previously it came with the adware known as 'search assistant'. With the last release the following was announced:

FilePIpe P2P stays from now on as FREEWARE without any Adware bundled. You get only Google Ads displayed on the startpage

As of March 21, 2007, the setup program installs TrojanDownloader:Win32/Small.CAB (discovered by Windows Live OneCare, confirmed at http://www.virustotal.com)

FilePipe is open source under GPL license.
