FILA Law Review

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The FILA Law Review is an independent non-profit journal edited and published in French and English by the Editorial Committee of the Franco-Indian Lawyers Association. It is the only law review dedicated to fostering greater understanding between legal practitioners and decision-makers in the two countries.

The first edition of the Review will be published in 2006 and will be accessible to the public via the Review website. It will also be circulated to influential practitioners in the field. It welcomes any contributions on French, Indian or Franco-Indian legal issues, summaries of recent French or Indian cases, book reviews and open letters. More information on article submission can be found here.
