Fighter & Attacker (original Japanese title: F/A) is a vertical scrolling shooter arcade game that was released by Namco in 1992.
Unlike most vertical scrolling shooters, which limit the player to a single ship design with no chance to choose a different one; Fighter & Attacker lets the player choose from a squadron of 16 different fighter jets from many different countries' air forces. The types of guns, secondary weapons and amount of ammo differ from jet to jet, with the F-117A being considered the jet with the best amount of success.
