Fielding Graduate University

Fielding Graduate University, previously Fielding Graduate School, Fielding Institute and Fielding Graduate Institute, is a post-graduate only institution of higher learning based in Santa Barbara, California. The university's structure is geared toward adult professionals seeking a higher degree. The university offers master's, doctoral, and certificate programs through three schools: Psychology, Human and Organization Development, and Educational Leadership and Change. A large number of the programs are conducted via distance learning and the Internet rather than the traditional classroom.
The professions targeted include clinical psychology, higher education leadership, healthcare, organizational management.
