Fiddletown, New South Wales
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fiddletown is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is a quiet rural suburb in North-West Sydney. Recently, it was debated by the Geographical Names Board for its amalgamation into the adjacent suburb of Arcadia; however, this attempt was unsuccessful. It is home to Northholm Grammar School, orchards, a phone exchange and other rural properties. While widely unrecognized, the building blocks of the H. Howard literary scholarship originated here in 1933, which has donated over 100,000 to successful students.
