The Arbitration Committee exists to impose binding solutions to Wikipedia disputes. When a Wikipedian is named a party to an "ArbCom" proceeding, somebody needs to notice the involved party on his or her talk page. This duty falls to Clerks.
{{fez}}
provides a standard notice to this effect. Parties mentioned on an "RfArb" but not listed as an involved party may also be noticed with this template.
[edit] Usage
{{subst:fez|page=subpagename|sig=~~~~}}
{{subst:fez|page=subpagename|sig=~~~~|notinvolved=X}}
The parameters page and sig are required, named parameters. The first is simply the subpage name of the relevant RfArb. The second must always be a sequence of 4 tildes or the noticing Clerk's name and 5 tildes.
The notinvolved parameter is optional. If supplied, it removes language applicable only to an involved party. Any content in this parameter has the same effect.
