Fever is a 1982 novel by Robin Cook and is in the category of medical mystery. The main character is a small girl Angela with cystic fibrosis. She goes to a hospital where one of the worker is schizophrenic. He hears voices and acts bizzarely. The girl's parents are both doctors and they unravel the mystery surrounding the particular lab.
