Festival Airlines is a paper-only concept airline company based in Chicago, Illinois. The company intends to begin offering vacation packages for families and individuals in 2006.

According to its website, Festival Airlines "is a vacation-oriented airline, operating point-to-point, direct flight service from major metropolitan primary and secondary airports flying seasonally to key leisure destinations in the Americas." Their primary offering will be vacation packages that include airfare, lodging, entertainment, and ground transportation. Air-only tickets will be available on a limited basis for customers who wish to fly on Festival Airlines without purchasing a vacation package.

The Festival Airlines's major hub will be in Rockford, Illinois. Additionally, the airline's light maintenance and training facilities will be located in Pensacola, Florida.

As of May, 2006, the final list of Festival Airlines destinations has not been released by the company. Destinations are expected to include Northwest Chicagoland International Airport at Rockford (RFD), Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), and O'Hare International Airport (ORD).
