I believe this page ought to be at Feroz Khan Noon, in accordance with Wikipedia:Naming conventions (names and titles) which reads thus:

Titles of Knighthood such as Sir and Dame don't need to be included in the article title: use personal name instead, e.g., Arthur Conan Doyle not Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. (But make a redirect from the form with the title if it is well known, thus Sir Walter Raleigh redirects to Walter Raleigh.) This is true whether the title is derived from being a baronet, knight bachelor, or senior member of certain orders of knighthood. The article itself should clarify details such as the full title, etc. "Sir" maybe used in article titles as a disambiguator.
