The Ferreñafe Province is one of the three Peruvian provinces located in the Lambayeque Region.

The province has an area of 1,705.19 km² and is divided into six districts:

• Ferreñafe District
• Cañaris District
• Incahuasi District
• Manuel Antonio Mesones Muro District(Tres Tomas)
• Pítipo District
• Pueblo Nuevo District
