Fernando Montiel (born March 1, 1979 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico) is a professional boxer in the Super flyweight (115 lb) division. His record is 32-2-1 (24 KOs). He is the current WBO Super flyweight champion. He just recently defended his title from Z Gorres, a challeger from the Philippines.
