Feni Sadar is located at 23.0167° N 91.3917° E . It has 57331 units of house hold and total area 197.33 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^GRBangladeh, Feni Sadar has a population of 345801. Males constitute are 51.15% of the population, and females 48.85%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 165969.
