The Fender Deluxe Reverb is a guitar amplifier made by Fender. It has been in continuous prouction, in one form or other, for more than 60 years. It is considered one of the greatest guitar amps ever made, not only for it's excellent tone, but it's portability. This amp is legendary for is outstanding clean tones and its super sweet break up that occurs up top(high Volume). The highly sought after original blackface deluxe reverbs of the early 60's (pre-CBS silverfaces) bring top dollar in the vintage market these days.
The Deluxe Reverb is a 22-watt tube amp(at 8 ohms), powered by a pair of 6V6 power tubes, and has a single 12" Jensen speaker. For pre amp tubes the deluxe reverb features 4 12AX7s and 2 12AT7s. The Amp has 1 5AR4 for its rectifier tube. The Spring Reverb is some of the nicest reverb in history. Electro Harmonix 6v6eh tubes are highly recommened as they handle the high plate voltage that these fender put out extremely well.
