Fenais da Luz

Fenais da Luz is a parish in the district of Ponta Delgada in the Azores. The population in 2001 was 1,895, its density is 247.1/km² and the area is 7.67 km². Fenais da Luz are surrounded by mountains near the area including an escarpment slightly east of Relva. It is located in the southwestern part of the island of São Miguel is linked with a road connecting Mosteiros and Ribeira Grande. The main industry are agriculture. The Atlantic Ocean is to the north. Farmlands dominate within the coastline and the central part while the mountains covers the rest of Feteiras. Fenais da Luz is accessed with a bus transport to Ponta Delgada.
