Felix Taggaro

Felix Tagarro was a recurring character on WB show One Tree Hill. He was Brooke Davis's friend with benefits. He was portrayed by Michael Copon.

He was first introduced as a guy who swam naked in Brooke's pool and she mistook him for a non-English-speaking cleaner. However the same day she met him at school. At first he and Brooke didn't get along but in time they became friends with benefits. As a condition of their "friendship" they agreed upon several rules. He also became friends with Mouth, whom he used as a cover when he fell for Brooke and bought her her doll house back. Mouth however soon became jealous and that lead to friction between him and Brooke although he finally reconciled with her and became her real boyfriend.
He was also very protective of his sister Anna and fought several times with Lucas Scott over her. He wrote DYKE on Peyton's locker to avoid rumors about his sister being gay. When Anna discovered Felix was responsible for defacing her locker she told everyone resulting in him losing Brooke and his sister's affection. As a result he was sent to military school.
