Federal Office for Civil Aviation

Federal Office for Civil Aviation The Federal Office for Civil Aviation (FOCA) is a Swiss government organisation and is part of the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications. It's tasks are similar to those of the FAA in the United States. (i.e. Aircraft registration, pilot licences, aviation law, etc.)
