[edit] Gallery proposal
Noting the following:
- We would like to represent the diversity of frogs.
- We would like the article to be readable and fun.
- We would like to avoid a gallery due to the reasons given on the main page.
I suggest that we try to improve on the image captions of the photos in the gallery to emphasise the diversity aspect and point out interesting adaptations, and then endeavour to select the most illuminating of these images and place them in the text. The gallery itself can be moved to a different page, or be replaced with a link to Category:Frog images.

- I think that something we can do, is to have the three sub-orders (as they are all that is mentioned in this article), and have a table gallery in Anura (family list). --liquidGhoul 08:16, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
- Just a comment - Saffron is featured and has a gallery. —Cuiviénen (Cuivië) 13:59, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
- That gallery appears to have been added after the article was featured. I say move the images to wikisource or use them in the body text of the article. I have to object to a gallery in a featured article on the basis of WP:NOT. Now, if this were transformed into a table which included maps on where the frogs live and other information, as someone suggested on the other page, that would be a different story. savidan(talk) (e@) 16:31, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
