Feanton Parkus is a murderer who is said to be psychotic, based on the principle that his crimes have no motive other than to destroy property. He is called "The Nose" as a codename between members of the law enforcement. The media calls him "The No-Face Felon." This is because he leaves nose glasses at each of his crime scenes. Before his "reappearance" he was last seen aboard a runaway train that contained massive amounts of gasoline. The train was deliberately derailed into the Gauntland City bank. The gasoline exploded, incinerating everything in a 100-yard radius. Many speculated that this was the last of "The No-Face Felon" because he did not leave nose glasses at this crime scene.
