Image of the FBI header used on modern day wanted posters, taken directly from the modern Internet poster of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Osama bin Laden, who was listed since 1999. This modern blue border version of the poster header has been in use by the FBI since at least 2002, on both the Internet web site of the FBI, and in public presentations of the wanted posters.

Fugitive Oregon dad in Mexico, FBI says / Suspect in slayings is one of 10 most wanted - This article dated January 12, 2002 contains an AP photo of the FBI press conference announcement of the listing of fugitive Christian Michael Longo, on January 11, 2002, with an enlarged blowup of his wanted poster with the modern blue header prominently displayed on a side easel.

Current image removed a faint white line that appears on the bottom.
