FBCS

FBCS is an abbreviation for Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS). This is the most senior professional grade in the BCS. It is available to applicants with a minimum of five years of Information Technology experience in a senior IT position or who have an established eminent or authoritative reputation in this field. Fellows may also hold the Chartered IT Professional status allowing them to use both postnominals after their names. Chartered Fellowship of the British Computer Society (FBCS CITP) is the highest and most senior grade of professional membership and is reserved for Fellows who also satisfy requirements for the award of the Chartered IT Professional designation.
