Prince Faysal al-Khalid is the son of King Khalid of Saudi Arabia, by a distant cousin, Sita bint Turki bin Abd al-Aziz bin Abdallah Al Damer. Prince Faysal received a traditional and religious education, is an avid equestrian enthusiest and breeder, and presently serves as Deputy Governor of Asir province. He is the Vice-Chairman of the King Khalid Foundation, a charitable organization established in 2001.
