Fay R. Moulton (April 7, 1876 - February 18, 1945) was an American athlete and sprinter who competed in the early twentieth century. He won a bronze medal in Athletics at the 1904 Summer Olympics in the mens 60 metre dash, but was beaten by Archie Hahn who took gold and William Hogenson who won silver.

He was born in Marion Center, Marion County, Kansas and died in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
