The term fat cat may refer to:

• A sandwich served by the "Grease Trucks" located on College Avenue at Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. An entire family of such sandwiches has evolved from the fat cat, to include the fat darrell, the fat knight, the fat bitch, and the fat moon. Each of these sandwiches has possible helpings of chicken fingers, mozzerella sticks, eggs, cheese steak, cheese burgers, and french fries. They are served on a hoagie roll.
