[edit] References
- "Zöllner haben ein schlechtes Wegerecht" {de} ¹ -> tollkeepers have a bad we gerecht -> tollkeepers aren't fair-minded / righteous / equitable / evenhanded / just ²
- ¹) Wegerecht {de} means "right of way"
- ²) more properly it is the society in which tollkeepers can go about their business undisturbed that has a bad "we gerecht" (legislation). What is lacking is (an implementation of) collective intelligence.
