Not exactly a Contronym but close: That is what school should aim to avoid.

School education can

deteriorate community, because schools often are no communities:
- A teacher in a class is too busy to build a community and respond to the individual pupils.
- Teachers in many schools have no mandate to parent the pupils beyond educating them in a single school subject. ^[1]
- Teachers often keep a professional distance to protect a certain authority.
promote egoism, because your own marks or your own success are the paramount goal.
- Pupils in industrialized nations often have no other obligations than to attend school until of full age.

school : cool (colloquial) -> "all right"

That's what you want to aim for: To make children who lack self-motivation to be interested in school activities.
