goodbye : god buy -> believing what god tells you (Also: "believing in god")

• God ^[1] tells you not to sin -> What god tells you makes no sense.

bye : Adieu -> The French parting greeting Adieu (translation: "God ordered")

bye : buy -> biker, beine

Also:

• Leaving or parting words carry the connotation of not making sense (anymore).
• Arriving or arrival greetings carry the connotation of making sense (again).

^[1] The use of the word 'god' is a less plausible mutation, as that word carries many inedible connotations.
