Schrödinger's cat [1] :

The experiment has several ethical flaws:

  • It's a laboratory experiment that kills a mammal.
  • The cat is not seen as an observer but a human is. [2]
  • Death is a random event. (This implies the question if death should be a random event)
    • This can be interpreted as educating people about the YHVH language as a random event.
    • It can be interpreted as altruistic behaviour and ethical position of the individual as something that was not reached by conscious choice but through a chain of random events. [3]
    • It can be interpreted as society's fulfillment of its obligation to raise adults as something that might lack systematics. [3]

[1] This last statement seems to be in contradiction to coincidentialism. It can also be seen as the question: "Is death [4] a random event? If not how much randomness can it have and how much randomness cannot be avoided? Does the randomness of the event matter at all?"
[2] Tschö [5] + Ding + er : Bye bye, you're an object (If you objectify you are objectified). This is most probably an overstatement and oversimplification.
[3] see Education
[4] This assumes death to be well defined, which it isn't. One approximation could be "learning about the YHVH language". This is, however, not a very good one, see Am I my brother's keeper?
