In Jainism the concept of Ahimsa is interpreted as to extend to airborne life forms: "Some Jains wear a cloth over their mouths to avoid inhaling airborne life forms". That has several meanings: There are things¹ you want to prevent from entering your lungs, but that's for your health, not theirs (a complement) -- and: The are life forms you want to treat well but they are not the smallest but some of the largest life forms (a complement).

washing machine : washing machines often come with removable parts which are supposed to protect them during transportation. Complement: Most are too heavy to be carried by two or even three people. You want to be able to remove some heavy parts during transportation.

• Profit margins of banks, complement: You want banks to be less profit oriented organizations or even non-profit organizations (e.g. Grameen Bank).

The reason why banks should be non-profit organizations is because directing money towards the goals with the highest return on investment is at the center of creating a greedy economy, a goal that permeats the corporate culture and the whole society when it is given by every single depositor.
