Fast Telecommunication Co. W.L.L. was officially established in November 2000, & it is an internet service provider that provides in Kuwait. It is owned by the Kuwaiti Shareholding Company. FAST Telco specializes in providing turnkey Internet and local and international Data-Communications solutions as well as Local and International termination services for foreign carriers. FAST Telco currently operates a network based on SDH / ATM / IP technologies, which allows FAST Telco to provide all current and future services with minimal delays. It became one of the first Telecommunication Company to be awarded the prestigious Cisco Powered Network (CPN) in the entire Middle East.

On January 29th 2006, Fast Telecommunicaions headquarters at the Liberation Tower caught fire at around 12:30am local time, causing many other telecommunication companies, including it's rival Qualitynet and other companies like Wataniya Telecom, at the liberation tower to shut down for several hours.
