Fasi Zaka is a television host, satirist and music critic in Pakistan. He rose to prominence in 2004 as the host of the off-beat program called On the Fringe, which he also scripts. The show received critical appeal and is the only programme of Indus Music that MTV Pakistan kept in its original format once Indus Music was shelved to become MTV Pakistan. He is critisized by many for his rude behaviour and overtly insensitive comments to guests.

Zaka is a University of Oxford graduate (and a Rhodes Scholar).

Like many current Pakistani music and culture writers, Zaka is an admirer of Nadeem F. Paracha and has followed Paracha into writing a weekly column in The News International, the mass circulation Pakistani daily for which Paracha has written for the last thirteen years.

Recently Zaka got additional fame for heading a controversial radio show called the Fasi Zaka Show on a popular Pakistani FM radio station.
