I'm not the uploader, but I see that there is no fair use rationale for this image. Note that this is the flag of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), which is illegal in Colombia and on the United States Department of State's list of terrorist organizations. It is thus extremely unlikely that the FARC would ever bring a lawsuit against wikipedia for use of the image; federal law would mandate that any representative of the FARC be arrested upon entry to the United States, making the FARC essentially excluded from the the American civil court system. --Descendall 21:39, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
