I, Marcescu, made this image myself using a program called PowerDVD's screenshot function, and a DVD of the film Fargo which I bought. It's just a screenshot of the film, not changed or anything. What the hell else did you think it was? Fair Use Rationale: 1. It's a screenshot of lower quality than the original film 2. It's used to illustrate the article on the film 3. The film's makers will lose no money through this screenshot 4. We won't make any money by using this screenshot.
