"Farther Away" was a demo recorded for Evanescence's debut album, Fallen, but did not make it onto the final record. A demo version was leaked onto the Internet, however, and a live version was used on the Anywhere but Home DVD. This song can also be found as a B-Side on the Bring Me to Life single and on the rare Fallen promo, Mystary EP. The style of the live version is performed differently to the album track, beginning with a 4-bar percussion only intro. The repeated chorus at the end is omitted, and replaced by Amy doing vocal ad-libs for the duration of what the chorus would normally elapse.
