Established in 1996 the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC)is a non-profit making organisation providing services to the aerospace and defence industry throughout South East England.

The objectives of FAC are:

  • To deliver improved access to market to its members
  • To promote competitiveness of its members to meet current and future market opportunities
  • To facilitate technology development and exploitation
  • To act as a forum to interact with and influence public and private sector organisations
  • To act in cooperation with other bodies both national and international in furtherance of the objectives of FAC

An important current project is a partnership with Kingston University to provide FAC members with a collaborative management system that includes a comprehensive searchable database of its members capabilities.
