Farm to Market Road 3 or FM 3 is a Texas state road running from U.S. Route 79 southeast to Normangee. The route was originally designated in 1942 from Normangee west to Normangee State Park. This replaced SH 265. The route was gradually lengthened to the northwest until it reached US 79 in 1970.
