Farm to Market Road 331, or FM 331, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Texas.

From 1945 to 1970 FM 331 began in Bellville, Texas at SH 159. The route ended in Burleigh, Texas until 1959.[1]

The original route from Bellville to Burleigh established in 1945 was transferred to FM 529 in 1970. The current portion of the route from FM 529 towards SH 159 was originally designated FM 2916. It was combined with FM 331 in 1970.[1]
